What We Can Test For

Not all tests are created equal.

Our whole blood sample unlocks a comprehensive range of biomarkers. Take our quick quiz to find your perfect panel.

Total Testosterone

Measures the total amount of testosterone in your blood, including both bound and unbound forms. Important for energy, muscle mass, mood, and libido.

Free Testosterone

Tracks the active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. This is the testosterone your body can actually use.

Estradiol

Measures the most potent form of estrogen, a crucial female sex hormone that is also important for male health.

Cortisol

Your main stress hormone. Imbalances can disrupt testosterone production, sleep, and metabolism.

Progesterone

Measures a female sex hormone essential for regulating the menstrual cycle and supporting a healthy pregnancy.

DHEA-S

A hormone made by your adrenal glands that helps make other sex hormones. Levels naturally decline with age but can affect mood and energy.

FSH

Assesses a key reproductive hormone from the brain that helps regulate menstrual cycles in women and sperm production in men.

IGF-1

Measures a hormone that reflects growth hormone (HGH) levels, playing an important role in cell growth, metabolism, and development.

LH

Checks a reproductive hormone that triggers ovulation in women and stimulates testosterone production in men.

SHBG

Measures a protein that binds to sex hormones, determining how much testosterone and estrogen are actively available for your body to use.

Free T3

Measures the most active form of thyroid hormone that is readily available for your body's cells to use for energy and metabolism.

Free T4

Measures the unbound, active form of the main thyroid hormone, which is available for use by your tissues.

Free Thyroxine Index

Calculates an estimate of the amount of active thyroid hormone in the blood, providing a more complete picture of thyroid function.

T3 Uptake

Assesses the level of proteins that carry thyroid hormones in the blood, which helps interpret T3 and T4 levels accurately.

TPO Antibodies

Checks for antibodies attacking the thyroid gland, which can indicate an autoimmune thyroid condition like Hashimoto's disease.

Total T4

Measures the total amount of the main hormone produced by the thyroid gland, including both active and inactive forms.

TSH

Evaluates how hard your brain is working to stimulate your thyroid, making it a primary screening test for thyroid health.

Insulin

Assesses the level of the hormone that helps control your blood sugar, providing insight into insulin resistance.

Uric Acid

Measures the level of a waste product in the blood, which, when elevated, can be linked to gout and kidney issues.

Cholesterol (Total)

Measures the total amount of cholesterol in your blood, including both HDL and LDL.

HDL

Measures the "good" cholesterol that helps remove excess cholesterol from your arteries.

LDL

Measures the "bad" cholesterol that can build up in arteries and increase heart disease risk.

Triglycerides

Measures a type of fat in your blood that, when elevated, can contribute to heart disease.

VLDL

Measures a type of cholesterol that carries triglycerides, contributing to plaque buildup in arteries.

CHOL/HDL Risk Ratio

A calculated ratio that compares total cholesterol to good cholesterol to help assess cardiovascular risk.

LDL/HDL Risk Ratio

A calculated ratio that compares bad cholesterol to good cholesterol, also used to evaluate cardiovascular risk.Vitamins & Minerals

CRP

Measures a general marker of inflammation in the body, which can be elevated due to injury or infection.

Homocysteine

Measures an amino acid in the blood that, at high levels, can indicate inflammation and an increased risk for heart disease and vitamin deficiencies.

Folate

(Vitamin B9) Measures the level of an essential B-vitamin crucial for cell growth, DNA formation, and red blood cell production.

Magnesium

Assesses the level of a vital mineral involved in over 300 bodily processes, including muscle function, nerve health, and energy.

Vitamin B12

Checks for a key vitamin necessary for nerve function, red blood cell formation, and DNA synthesis.

Vitamin D

Measures the level of the "sunshine vitamin," which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation.

Ferritin

Measures the amount of stored iron in your body, making it the most accurate test for iron deficiency or overload.

ALT

Measures a liver enzyme that, when elevated, can indicate liver inflammation or damage.

AST

Assesses a liver enzyme that can also be found in other organs, helping to detect liver damage.

Bilirubin

Measures a substance produced during the breakdown of red blood cells, which is processed by the liver to assess its function.

Creatinine + eGFR

Evaluates kidney function by measuring creatinine, a waste product, and calculating the estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR).

GGT

Measures a liver enzyme that is particularly sensitive to changes in liver function, especially related to bile ducts.

PSA

(Total & Free) Measures a protein produced by the prostate gland to screen for prostate enlargement, inflammation, or cancer.

10-SNP Methylation

Analyzes ten specific genetic variations (SNPs) to provide insights into your body's methylation process, which affects detoxification, energy, and mood.
