After ordering a lab test, we ship a collection kit to your home with detailed instructions. You collect your sample (blood, saliva, urine, or stool depending on the test), then ship it back using the prepaid return label. Results are typically available within 5-14 business days in your patient portal.

We offer a comprehensive range of functional medicine labs including: GI Effects (comprehensive stool analysis), DUTCH hormone testing, NutrEval (nutritional deficiencies), HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis), Organic Acids Test (OAT), SIBO breath test, methylation panels, metabolomics, and custom blood panels. Log into your Patient Portal and navigate to the Lab Results section. You will see all your completed tests with detailed biomarker breakdowns including reference ranges, flags for high/low values, and provider notes. PDF reports are also available for download.

Yes, you can share your results with any healthcare provider. Each lab result has a downloadable PDF report you can print or email. If you are working with a PRYM provider, they will automatically have access to review your results and provide recommendations.

Our at-home collection kits use the same validated methodologies as in-clinic collections. All samples are processed by CLIA-certified laboratories (CoastDx, Genova Diagnostics) that meet the highest quality standards. The key is following the collection instructions carefully for optimal results.

Most of our services are not covered by traditional insurance as they fall under functional and integrative medicine. However, we can provide superbills (detailed receipts) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, especially if you have out-of-network benefits or an HSA/FSA account.
