The device adheres to your arm, and with a simple button press, a spring-loaded lancet painlessly begins drawing blood into the collection tube. In just five minutes, your sample is ready for lab analysis—no needles or appointments required.
How is this different from a fingerstick test?
Our collection device differs from traditional fingerstick tests by collecting a full liquid blood sample rather than just a few drops. This sample volume enables more comprehensive, reliable lab analyses. Fingerstick tests, which are limited to smaller samples, often lead to variability in results due to inconsistent sample volumes, particularly affecting hormone, vitamin, and enzyme testing. Additionally, fingersticks can be painful, while our device is designed for a painless, quick experience with minimal user error, providing more accurate and consistent results.
How long does it take to get lab results?
Results are available within 2–3 business days after the lab receives your sample, accessible via our secure online portal.
Can I buy a kit as a gift?
Yes! You can give a test kit as a gift because we collect patient information during the 'Kit Registration' process just before sample collection, not at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind a person must be at least 18 years old to test.
How do I receive and interpret my results?
You will be notified via email when your results are ready with instructions on accessing your secure patient portal.
Results come with an easy-to-read report, detailing health insights. For further interpretation, you can consult with a healthcare provider.
Is my personal health information secure?
Yes, your privacy is a priority. We use a HIPAA-compliant portal to ensure your personal health information is securely protected at every step, from sample collection to result access.
