This panel is designed for women already on HRT or looking to monitor hormone levels over time. By testing Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone, and SHBG, it provides insight into how your therapy is working and whether adjustments are needed. Liver and cholesterol markers ensure that treatment is well tolerated and not impacting key metabolic pathways. FemTrack gives you a consistent, science-backed way to fine-tune your care and stay ahead of potential issues.

Hormones

Total Testosterone
Measures the total level of testosterone in your blood. In women, testosterone supports libido, mood, muscle tone, and energy.

Estradiol
The main form of estrogen in women. Monitoring estradiol is key when on hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as it affects menstrual health, bone density, and overall wellbeing.

Progesterone
Balances the effects of estrogen and plays a vital role in the menstrual cycle and pregnancy. It’s often supplemented during HRT to support hormonal balance.

SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin)
A protein that binds to hormones like estrogen and testosterone. It controls how much of these hormones are active in your body, making it an important marker for HRT management.

Liver Function

ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase)
An enzyme that helps evaluate liver health. Elevated levels can indicate liver inflammation or damage.

AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)
Often tested alongside ALT to check for liver stress or damage. Also found in muscles and the heart.

GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase)
Useful in detecting bile duct problems or liver stress, especially when evaluating long-term medication use.

Bilirubin
A byproduct of red blood cell breakdown. Elevated levels may signal liver or gallbladder issues.

Cholesterol

Total Cholesterol
Provides an overall picture of your cholesterol levels, which is important to monitor during HRT.

HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein)
The “good” cholesterol that helps protect against heart disease by removing excess cholesterol from the blood.

LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein)
The “bad” cholesterol that can lead to buildup in arteries and increase the risk of heart disease.

Triglycerides
A type of fat in the blood. High levels may indicate a higher risk of cardiovascular issues, especially when combined with hormone therapy.
