This follow-up panel helps men track progress on TRT or monitor general hormone health. It includes Free and Total Testosterone, Estradiol, and SHBG to measure hormone levels and availability. Liver enzymes and lipids help detect how therapy may be affecting liver health or cholesterol levels. PSA keeps tabs on prostate health. By comparing current results with your baseline, this panel helps guide ongoing treatment and lifestyle adjustments with clinical confidence.

Hormones

Total Testosterone
Measures the overall level of testosterone in your blood, which plays a key role in muscle mass, libido, and mood.

Free Testosterone
The active form of testosterone that’s available to your body’s tissues; helps identify low testosterone symptoms even when total levels are normal.

Estradiol
A form of estrogen present in all genders; too high or too low can affect libido, mood, and body fat distribution.

SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin)
A protein that binds to sex hormones like testosterone; high or low SHBG can affect how much free testosterone is available to your body.

Liver Function

ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase)
An enzyme mainly found in the liver; high levels may indicate liver inflammation or damage.

AST (Aspartate Aminotransferase)
An enzyme found in liver and other tissues; used alongside ALT to assess liver health.

GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase)
Helps detect bile duct issues and overall liver function; often elevated with alcohol use or liver disease.

Bilirubin
A waste product from red blood cell breakdown; elevated levels may signal liver or bile duct problems.

Cholesterol

Total Cholesterol
Measures the total amount of cholesterol in your blood, including HDL and LDL.

HDL (High-Density Lipoprotein)
Known as “good” cholesterol; helps remove excess cholesterol and protect against heart disease.

LDL (Low-Density Lipoprotein)
Known as “bad” cholesterol; high levels can increase the risk of plaque buildup in arteries.

Triglycerides
A type of fat in your blood; elevated levels can raise the risk of heart disease and metabolic issues.

Prostate Health

PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen)
A protein produced by the prostate; elevated levels may indicate prostate inflammation, enlargement, or potential cancer risk.
